Inspired by simple workout tools like balance discs, yoga balls and foam rolls, the Shape-Ups Toners have utilised technologies to create contact points with convex shapes to create bi-axial natural instability that forces the body to activate underused muscles, reduce stress on joints and burn more calories, improve agility and strengthen the calf and thigh muscles.
You get an extra pair of laces in a contrast colour and a DVD on the shoe and how to maximise the technologies for your benefit.

Decent, with caveats
It's fine, with a couple of niggles. Sizing chart was a little optimistic. The fit runs slightly small. Worth a look if it's on offer.
