salomon XR Mission is a neutral shoe that even barefoot/natural runners will love (as it is not weighed down with its various aids). The grooves in the outsole give it enhanced flexibility and this shoe will please forefoot and heel strikers. The XR Mission intended to be a trail shoe but its aggressive tread allows for use on any terrain. Runners describe this shoe as smooth and responsive - as a high end running shoe should be.
