Better than expected
Second one I've ordered. Sizing was true to the chart. Colour matches the listing exactly. Worth the money.

Expected more
Looked better online than in person. Colour is nothing like the listing. Uncomfortable after an hour. Not worth the money.

Okay overall
Does what it should, nothing more. Took a wash before it softened up. The casual taupe heels is okay for everyday use. Neither delighted nor annoyed.
